Before joining Hill Labs at the beginning of 2025 as Chief Operating Officer, Peter Lord held leadership roles at Argenta, an animal pharmaceutical R&D and manufacturing company, and earlier at Procter & Gamble. His experience in these companies gives him a strong foundation in customer-centric operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
In April 2026 he became Chief Executive Officer.
