Hill Labs Management Update
We are pleased to announce some important changes to the leadership of Hill Labs. Following the appointment of Michael Wink to the GM - Operations role, filling this important vacancy, Peter Lord’s role of Chief Operating Officer will transition to a Chief Executive Officer role in early April. Jonno Hill will remain Managing Director and will focus primarily on strategy and strategic projects.
Since Peter joined Hill Labs a year ago, he and Jonno have formed a strong working relationship, underpinned by a clear and aligned vision for the future of the business. Jonno says, “I feel very fortunate to have appointed Peter - he genuinely cares about our people, he is interested in our customers’ businesses and energised by the work we do for them, and he brings a lot of positive energy to his leadership role. Importantly for me, he’s very collaborative, keeping me involved and inviting my input at the right stages.”

It’s an exciting time for our business, as we remain in growth mode with several strategic projects underway and more in the pipeline. Peter brings fresh ideas and new energy, while Jonno’s continuing involvement will help preserve the core values and strategic direction of the business.
