Michael Wink - General Manager | Operations
Michael completed his Bachelor of Science at the University of Otago. He then spent the next five years sheep shearing before joining Fonterra in 2000 as a Lab Technician in South Canterbury. Over the following 13 years at Fonterra, he progressed through a series of roles such as Laboratory Supervisor, Technical Coordinator and Chemistry Manager before relocating to Hamilton. This was where he most recently spent nine years as General Manager of Laboratory Operations - overseeing the delivery of testing and technical services to Fonterra.
Michael joined Hill Labs in February 2026 as General Manager – Operations.
