Jen completed a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Auckland before commencing a career in human resources, which has spanned industries such as fire & security, financial services and primary industries. She started her career at multinational organisation Tyco. With 15+ years' experience in Human Resources, Jen joined Hill Labs in mid-2020, before joining the Executive Leadership Team in early 2022.
