Pay your invoice online
We are pleased to offer the ability to pay your invoice online by using a Visa or Mastercard. Please remember to add your invoice number in the reference field on the submission page.
We use Windcave as our online payment provider. Windcave has been operating in New Zealand since 1997 and is a leading provider of payment gateway services, they adopt the highest level of security and are fully PCI-DSS compliant. For your security, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to send your payment information to Windcave. We do not store your card details or any part of your card details.
All payments will be in New Zealand Dollars only. If payment is made using a credit card issued outside New Zealand, a currency conversion will be made according to the terms and conditions of the card - this may result in a currency conversion fee being charged. Please note that a service charge of 2.5% per transaction will be added to the bill.
We aim to process transactions within three working days of the payment.
Refund Policy: If you consider your payment was made in error, please contact our finance team at accounts@hill-labs.co.nz within two working days to discuss a refund.
